课程目标
- Course Objectives: Having completed the course, students should understand the process of technological innovation and its features, be familiar with how to find the sources of innovation and decide on new product entry timing and formulate technology strategy. Students should also master the tools for new product development project management and design the innovation organization and R&D team. Last but not least, students should have a good understanding of the project innovation and take technology transfer as a competition strategy.
